## EBCLSA Monthly Chapter Meeting **Date:** January 8, 2026 **Location:** Scott's Seafood, Jack London Square, Oakland **Attendees:** 34 members, 6 guests ### President's Report Mike Chen called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM. Upcoming events were reviewed including the golf tournament and boundary workshop. ### Treasurer's Report Chapter balance: $14,250. Annual dues collection is at 78% for the year. ### Old Business - Website redesign committee reported progress on new member portal - Scholarship fund received a $1,000 donation from Contour Land Surveying ### New Business - Motion to co-sponsor the CLSA Day at the Capitol — approved unanimously - Volunteer sign-ups for National Surveyors Week outreach ### Presentation Robert Thompson, PLS presented on ALTA/NSPS 2021 Standards updates with focus on Table A items commonly requested in the Bay Area market. ### Adjournment Meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM.
